i made a mistake using my account to access a proxy site and my account is suspended please i want to unsuspend my account

You got it backwards. You were suspended for uploading a proxy to your account, not for -using- your account to connect to a proxy.

This is also a zero tolerance permanent suspension and we cannot unsuspend you.
