Suspended account

I am installing Vbulletin on x10hosting.During the installation process, i my hosting account has been suspended twice because of high cpu usage.
What the hell is this system. I have to unsuspend it in order to continue..

Seems you were also busted because it was a nulled install of vbulletin which we don't allow, so the account is now permanently suspended.
