Suspended account?

My account was suspended due to inactivity.......I have been logging in.....Not sure why not working?

Where have you been logging in? Inactivity suspensions are due to not logging into the forums at least once every two weeks. This has nothing to do with activity of your website, or how often you are logged into Cpanel or FTP.

I was not aware of having to log into the forums at least once every two weeks....That must be my problem.

Just to point out the reason why we ask people to read the Terms of Service when they sign up :

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every TWO WEEKS. Accounts must also have a working website within one week of account creation. If you don't use your webspace we will give it to someone who will.

1. Click on the x10 link above.
2. Click on "Request unsuspension"
3. Fill out form.
4. Wait for staff to respond.
