Suspended Account

My account has been suspended, but I haven't been given a clear explanation as to why.

All I got was;

Your hosting account was suspended because:
Found by cron, not suspended in WHM, unsuspended in JM automatically.

That seems to be a current error in our system, which has been figured out to be our Inactivity suspension message. I will unsuspend you. Please make sure to check your site that it complies with our TOS, and that you are logging into the forum once every two weeks.

It seems unsuspending you didn't work properly, I will move this to Level Two support and have another staff member assist you.
