Suspended Account

My account has been suspended because my default index has not been changed.

I looked this up on the user forums and found that I need to "Either edit or replace the index.html file that you will find in the public_html folder on your account"

Sorry but I'm retarded and cannot find the public_html folder and when I do how exactly am I supposed to "edit or replace the index.html file"

Account Unsuspended.

Log into cPanel and find the "File Manager". Click it. On the window that pops up select "Home Directory" and click Go. You should then be able to see the "public_html" directory, and you will be able to edit the files.
