Suspended acount

Need help here,some fool on my site uploaded copyrighted mp3 file and now im suspended.how can i resolve that except taking down that damn uploader?tnx

By "that damn uploader" I'm guessing you had a file uploading system there that wasn't protected?

That breaks the TOS too anyways. This is a permanent suspension because you are responsible for the content of your site - if you had an abusable file uploader there and someone felt it prudent to utilize it, that's your responsibility and not ours.
