Suspended Again Cuze I cant link!!!!!

WEll once again I am suspended. REasion: Not linkED!!!!1 (my guess)
Come on ppl I have posted a few times About linking and not being able to. When I link it says: well nothing! It just keeps shwing the same thing. when I go to x10hosting.com/account.php I get an Error (most likely why I cant link) Any Help!!!!! can You like link me Since I cannot do it? either that or make the Bot turn a blind eye tords me Untill You get this error Fixed. this is llike the 3rd time. And ppl are starting to get mad at me and I am trying to finnish this site but cannot do it when I am ban from it. :'( !!!!
