suspended and no history of free hosting

I searched and it says to submit a ticket if you cannot login to unsuspend the account.

My account has been suspended and it seems there is no trace of my website. I get a message that my account has never had free hosting. I do not have my original html files on my hard drive, so I hope my account can be restored.

When was the last time you logged in here, to the Forums?
When was the last time you saw your website?

If you had been suspended for inactivity for not logging into the Forum for 31 days, you account would have been deleted sometime after 14 days of suspension. No backups.

This is the first time logging into forums. I'm guessing im out of luck considering the 14 day deletion after suspension.
