You need to try and track down the script that is causing this error, as otherwise your account will continue to be suspended. Please check the error logs in cPanel for any scripts that are reporting problems which may be consuming a lot of memory, and also check that you do not have any live chat or other chat facilities on your site as they consume a lot of MySQL queries, and could be causing your problem.
If you believe that your account is in good standing, but still get suspended, please reply and an account manager can check to see what script of file on your site is consuming the resources.
You should be able to un suspend yourself from the account panel, but if this is the third time you have been suspended, an account manager will have to unsuspnd you manually.
