Suspended due to Inactivity

Hello, my account has been suspended due to inactivity as I have been on holiday for 6 weeks and haven't logged in. How do I get it activated again. Regards Peter

6 weeks means your account is already terminated.

Remember if you don`t login here for 31 days then your account will suspended and after 10 days it will terminated.

You are free to create a new account

The problem I have now is that when I try to create a new hosting account, it tells me my email address is not available (probably because it is tied with an existing account). How can I get around this. Peter

Hi trotter,

If you tell us which email address you are attempting to sign up with that is being rejected, we will be able to remove it from our servers manually.
