Suspended for High Resources?

I got suspended for using a lot of resources. I only used up 500ish of my 10000 bandwidth, and it's actually 100, but it's showing up as 500 via x10hosting. However, it's actually 100ish via cPanel. Can an admin or staff member inform me of what is causing the high resource problem, before I unsuspend myself? Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

High resource usage has nothing to do with Bandwidth or Diskspace.

It has to do with CPU usage, CPU time, number of processes, and RAM memory usage of scripts that your site runs. If a script hogs these resources, it slows down everybody else on that server.

The usual culprit in these cases are plugins for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or other PHP based blog/cms systems.

I don't know if a Staff member will tell you what exactly caused the problem.
