Suspended for inactivity ???

Hi ! I'm the webmaster of http://bigss.exofire.net
but my hosting account as been suspended for inactivity, but ? Why !? :eek4:

There was guests everyday, ... and we really need an host for our website, ... and I worked very hard on this,...

Please unsuspend my account, I need it, and there was files that I upload on the server that I don't have n my computer, I wanna have my files first of all, even if I'm suspeded forever I want them :dunno:

Please help me ...
