When I go to my page williamrondelet.exofire.net i get the page http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/
When I click check reason and enter my user name it says this account is not suspended. When I log in it also says it is not suspended. But I still get the suspended page when I try to visit the url. I also can't log into cPanel, I get "Login Attempt Failed". I know I am using the right info, it's the same as I had to use to log in to x10hosting account home.
If someone could look into this please I'd be very appreciative.
