Hi there this is relly starting to pee me off evry day know my ukk-clan.uni.cc website has gone down due to ether http down or Suspended i am now very anger can you please sort it out

Well, if you've gotten suspended, odds are that you violated some rule in the TOS. I'd try to contact an admin if you feel that you were wrongly suspended. Until then I'd brush up on the TOS and see what you violated:
