suspended for no reason

Hey i have been suspended for no reason at all my site has got suspended for high resources usage and i did not even use that many resources. it has permanently blocked me out because it happened 3 times in a row 2 times after a 10 minute period. Please unsuspend me as I have done nothing wrong or even allow me access for one day to back up my database as i have not backed it up and it holds come crucial data.
