Suspended // High server resource usage

Can someone explain this, because i haven't saw in forum this being a one of the reasons available for suspension?
And since i think that it will continue what can you suggest to me?

Something on your site is using too much of the server's cpu and/or memory. What scripts are you using?

SMF forum, but with 3000+ memebers, and 33000 posts ... maybe too much ppl
