Suspended. Impossible to correct problem.

My account was suspended by not using the ads (I forgot that it was forced to put). They put me don't give resources to put the ads blocked my access to the ftp to the cpanel, I don't get login not even in the it initial page of the x10hosting. I don't also get to access the link http://x10hosting.com/account/ads .

excuse, I thought that this would be the right area for the fact of the problem to be related with the ads.
