Suspended many times for cpu over usage - help to fix it

From yesterday, my account is suspended for a while now and then. (reason: CPU over usage). Actually i dont know what happening their. I use Drupal CMS for my website. Yesterday i tried some extensions to enhance my website. At that time, my account is suspended for cpu over usage. So, i disable that mod and continue to work as normal. But for 2 or 3 visitors, the website is suspended for overusage.

Please help me to over come this issue,
