My friend gave me a file for vbulletin and then he told me to goto it and when i did it saids account Suspended i'm really sorry admin plz plz UnSuspended my account i'm noobie and if i known i wouldn't have done that i'm sorry 
but plz unsuspended

The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.
