Suspended No Adds "WHAT"

My web sit is a shopping cart "Zin Cart" uses PHP programing.

If you looked at my files, the html are all Blank. The PhP writes to them before they are downloaded to the web. This is when the Add is Put into the html.

Is this why X10 Hosting is saying I have NO ADDS? (Because all the html are blank when they check them?

If this is the case how can this be fixed and still have the PHP worK?

If you have a plan with adds EVERY page has to have adds. If it is blank put a add on it. Make a index with a add on it.
