Suspended - Details: "No reason provided"

Update: It is working again! Thank you :D.

My site is secretss.com (main domain) on Lotus.

May I get unsuspended please? And a reason for the suspension?

Thanks.

PS: I have already logged into my Control Panel and clicked on https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&suspension, that's how I found out I was suspended, and in the place where a reason is supposed to be given, I get "No reason provided" instead. There's no "unsuspend" button on the Hosting->Suspension page.

PPS: This forum account is linked to my hosting account.

PPPS: I can log into my cPanel. Does it matter if I don't or seldom log into my cPanel/Control Panel? I don't have a compiling reason to keep checking my Control Panel unless something happens (like this). I use FTP to transfer files and I mostly access my WordPress admin panel only since it's about the only thing I use my site for. A WP installation shouldn't be taking up that much resources, unless it's a plugin gone wrong (is it possible?). I do however keep my forum account active (or at least active within 30 days). The only scripts I have are Bash scripts that I wrote myself, some debian packages that are free for distribution, and the only mp3s I have are audio recordings of my own playing.

Your account is not suspended.. Why do you say that it is?

Barring that obvious clue, I also cannot access any part of my site, nor use FTP.
