Some days ago I open a Support request, I got response, but no solution and the thread got closed; so here I'm again...
The url works again, but it says my account is suspended meanwhile the |account panel| says that it ain't. Since the account says that is suspended I can't login to cpanel.
If you can fix that I'll be really thankful
