why am i suspended .. because of the language of my website?? its called Netherlands >.< and i was working everyday on it.. put it back online please.. :O i didnt even made a backup of my database ! my friends are playing it and im never inactive .. dont let me lose all my work there are some pages in english also but the most ppl can understand it and btw the website isnt even done yet :O please give me back my website i made alot images with the name h4ck2kill.exofire.net in it so i really wanne keep this host.. and btw i cant get x10hosting prime membership because .. my only way to pay is wallie card.. so ... please i hope this will be fixed today or tomorrow ?!

(btw i also got english pages and i was still working on it so everything was not READY YET) also that was why i still was testing it.. etc so please put it back online so i script more and make alot changes please. and also why would there be a rule that you may not use your own language.. (i dont really got a reason to get suspended Permanently because i was planning to make everything but they just suspend me without asking me anything, because i wasnt done with it..) i even made everything also beter.. but when i wanted to put it in the filemanager i get a message that im suspended) okay....

3. Languages

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

It's right from the TOS; the reason is simple - we don't have staff who can speak every language, and quite a few sites do not work with automated translation services.


That said, I can approve an unsuspension if you agree to either have a translation up within 24 hours, or to remove all the content that's in the unsupported language until a translation can be ready. Is this what you want?

yes.. i could do that but is there maybe a way for just a little more time to fix it? if not its also okay but just.. because i have exams also.. and the rest of the time im always busy with my website and i have alot fun in it so okay put it back online and i will change things but .. may i also have more language's like may i make an option for more languages..? i guess yes? but if i may ask .. what is the problem if staff cant read the websites.. does the staff have to see every website cuz i believe there are alot? and a question .. on this hosting the only way of paying is with paypal am i right.. because i didnt saw other payment methods .. and you can earn credits .. and you can buy an 1 year domain for 7500credits?? nice and oh yeah why dont i got access to the cPanel at school?? why the hell would they block that..

May need to just take said content down until you can get the translation done, cause the account itself has been up for over a month - that's plenty long to get a translation up to start with :/

And as long as the content can be translated to english, spanish, or french, you could have 50 languages available - we've got quite a few sites that have more than 6 or 7 languages all selectable - you just need 1 of them to be english, spanish, or french, and to have a 1:1 translation of the majority of the content on the site. The main reason for needing this is because if we cannot review a site, we cannot confirm if it's within the bounds of the TOS - you might not believe how many russian warez sites I've found in the last month (the russian porn sites are easy enough to see that they don't stay within the bounds of the TOS thanks to the images on the site, but the warez ones are harder to identify).


As for Prime and that I'm not sure if paypal's the only option, but I've been paying for my premium membership with a credit card without using paypal. You can get the domain or 7,500 credits, but that does take a while to save up - you're at 44 for right now, for instance.


I'll be nice and I'll push it to 48hr to either remove the content temporarily or get a translation up for it; beyond that, it's all up to you. It should be unsuspending shortly.

yeah but i didnt started with the translation because i first was giving the game some options and interfaces etc.. and i thought after i get that done i made a translation for it but i see you ppl care much about the translation.. :S so i make the translation for index.php now so you can see what my site is all about.. and could i make translations for the rest later because i have to translate all the contents.. and that are 229 scripts.. in total 848 files lol.. but most of them were used to test things out.. hmm (but i cant go in the cPanel so where should i post the index.php) translated to english because its to big to post it here..? im going to sleep.. and i see you after school..? i guess i have cPanel access by then. so i can change it?

Okay i changed the home.php and index.php to english but just so you can see.. already

but for changing everything to 2 different langauges i really need more time..

im going to place functions in the scripts (contents) and than make just 1 script with everything in it for that language.. i hope it works.. because im still not an experienced scripter and you must know that im just a kid

im going to do something like this as language script i hope it works.. but im not home yet so i dont got access to the cPanel here and btw why does it say sometimes that my password or something is wrong because nothing is wrong and sometimes it still say lol but nvm, look this:

I should've looked closer; you've got hacking tips and tricks on there. You're now permanently suspended for violation of the x10hosting TOS and AUP (TOS under Warez which includes hacking, AUP has several sections under "Offensive Content" that have been broken).

At this point I'm rather embarassed I unsuspended this one to start with - had I seen that you wouldn'tve been given a second chance at all. So, in short, I hope you took backups cause you can't get them now. This is just unacceptable that you've broken more than 1 section of the TOS - first you couldn't get it in the right language WHICH YOU AGREED TO IN THE TERMS, and then you go and have hacking tutorials in the haxx subfolder, ALSO IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS.



I give 1 person a chance, and then find out just how bad they're breaking the TOS. Guess that means it's back to my old ways - follow the terms, or be permanently suspended.

its just to teach ppl about it.. not to use it.. didnt you saw the disclaimer? btw why do ppl from x10hosting care what the site from other ppl is all about.. its just for fun and for some ppl to earn cash.. but still why would you care? if you have nothing to do with the website from others.. the most ppl dont read the TOS yeah because its to large .. mostly... and some arent even english so cant understand it^^ but okay this is a little weird >.< but then im going to find a new hosting.. alright pffs i have to change the images.. cuz therer is exofire.net in it xD

You marked the box that said "I have read and agree to abide by the x10hosting terms of service." If you did not read it, then why did you mark the box? I mean seriously, imagine if at the bottom it said "By marking this box, you will be required to pay $1,000 to the CEO of x10hosting once per day."

In any case, ticket closed, good luck with whatever host you end up at.


Edit: And no, you can't see the emails because all of your access has been permanently revoked.
