what do I have to
1. get the page to the unsuspended status and
2. are you able to restore the data, which I had 3 month before on your servers?
Please let me finally know, before I change the provider ...

Your data is still on the servers, even if you are suspended. At the moment the system is showing your account as unsuspended. Try doing this:

If you are able to log into FTP using your cPanel Username and Password, do what Alex above mentioned. If you get a permissions error, let us know.

I am not even able to login in via FTP, because something went wrong with my password

Try resetting your cPanel password through account panel once again.

password is resolved and FTP is resolved ... but have no permission to delete .htaccess

Old backups are wiped now to make room for new backups. so there is no way to restore your data unless you have a local copy of backup of your data.
