i got suspended for no reason , i check the forums on x10 at least 4 to 5 time a month and in my panel there is no where to un suspend my self with a request , whats going on

i am, when i goto my site ( http://team-xtc.x10.mx ) it take me to this suspended page http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ - and i check my suspention page in my acount thing and there is no suspention stuff there so an admin clearly messed up and suspended me
