Well, even if the torrents were legit, you were using the space as storage. Now I need to check if the torrents were legit, to see if you could maybe be unsuspended.

I'll answer it for you; they were not when Hellsheep and I suspended it.

Also, it wasn't just Torrent Hosting as in linking to torrents. The site was running a torrent tracker. This is in addition to this older post as well: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/18608-proxies-torrents.html

Granted it's an older post, but there we have it.
