Sir, i share an ftp account from my main account to someone. maybe he installed any script that's why my account has been suspended, with so much important data.

i admit this. next time I'll be more more carefull about terms of service.

Hello Sir,

Here is your ASAP reply. Next time maybe you will be more careful because this time, you won't be getting any data back. You are solely responsible for any content that is uploaded to the site, and you shouldn't be giving out FTP access to anybody else.

Due to the fact of it being a nulled script, this is a Zero Tolerance suspension. You won't be unsuspended and you will not get any backups.

For the benefit of the doubt I reviewed your account to verify the illegality of the script.

Before I could even get to the script I found several dozen mp3's on your account, which violate the copyright infringement policy of our TOS. The script was nulled vBulletin; whether it was you or your friend hardly matters, the installer made it quite clear that it was infact nulled.

Closing the topic since it's done for sure now.
