I'm suspended for high resource using?
Isn't this unlimited space and bandwidth didn't mean anything for you?
I'm just creating a simple blog and I'm suspended FOUR times already.
I'm starting to think that this is a bad hosting.

By 'resources' it means CPU and memory, not bandwidth and disk-space; if a single user is found to be using excess CPU then the system will automatically suspend. The usual candidates for this sort of suspension is either trying to run caching/lots of plugins within a blog/CMS or when trying to use auto-updaters packaged with such systems. I suggest you look through what plugins you have installed and try to minimise how many you use.
