i am doing this as part of my study course, i DO NOT now or in the future, want to create fraudulent phishing sites to scam people. i hope u can unsuspend my account, as you will see, i am only planning to use this site to test my own account which is lewisleeosullivan@gmail.com

Whether or not you intended to scrape user data, uploading a clone of another site is still regarded as fishing and is therefore still in violation of the Terms of Service. This is a permanent suspension and you will not be given access to your files prior to their deletion.
I doubt very much that any course would involve duplicating another site, there is nothing to learn by doing it.
