I just found your counter strike FastDL server hosted files. Yes, they are indeed in violation of the File Storage policy which you agreed to and promptly broke 1 hour 37 minutes and 53 seconds after account creation.

No, you will not get the account back, and no, we don't give second chances on stuff like this.
