Why is there no license retrieval code present in your IPB install? I already checked another user who did indeed get false-suspended because his had a new version of the phone home code, so I opened this expecting to have the same problem.
But rather shockingly, there is no phone home code. Yours is also the version he was suspended for, but the code is missing every reference to the license server for IPB, and has no way to activate or remove a key.
This is a nulled install of IPB; at this point, you are under a permanent suspension for warez, and will not be permitted further access to the account for any reason.
