ok my site keeps getting suspended for high resource useage i believe it may be someone bombarding my site with tcp/ip connections with some type off DoS attack can an admin check my connection logs and ban the ip for me since i can not access Cpanel thank you

Update: well its been well over 15 min and my account still says "Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes." i cant do any thing to unsuspend it and if it as a crawler thats bombarding me with tcp/ip connections i can not stop it with out banning the ip range from Cpanel

ok so its been about 45 min and i still cant access CPanel on my account and it still says i am suspended HELP PLZ !!!

it jus keeps getting suspended im pretty sure its a crawler hitting my site

Edit: i just get instantly suspended it seems like its crazy and there is nothing i can do to stop it and i know for a fact there is not 1 script on my site that could cause a high load like enough to suspend my account.

I believe you can block a crawler with the .htaccess file. The only thing is you need to know crawler to pu in there.

yea i could do that but i have no access to Cpanel to do so or the user agent of the crawler it would be easiest to ban its ip range at Cpanel cause the host ip should show up in the connection logs

none of my scripts are causing the high usage the site has been working fine as is up untill today and i haven't changed anything on the site at all other than a bit of text

What if you ftp the .htaccess file and deny access to all until you are unsuspended? Might work maybe.

yea me 2 one of my sub domains hosts a DB for my paranormal investigative team and i'm trying to open a new case file so i can passback a case ID and evidence log number to my team leads

i fouund out what happened and it was nothing of my fault with scripts on my site my sisters idiot boyfriend decided to see if his script worked with essentialy bombards the site wih useless packes whil at the same time reqestes to download pages from the site can someone unsuspend me please so i can ban his ip range and continue work on my site. thank you
