do i just need to login to the forum to avoid suspended or do i need to post a message every two weeks?

To keep from being suspended, all you are required and asked to do is login to the forum once every two weeks. There is no posting requirement. ( Although, they do like it if you do post, it is not a required action to keep from being suspended )
