Suspened - No index

My account has been suspended...The reason is No index page. I dont know what this means, I have an index.html and everything has been working fine for over a month. My page is amishpatel.com. Can someone please tell me what to do?

You also need to put a index.html file in the public_html directory, even if it's just on that redirects to "amishpatel.com"
