Suspenion Reasos: Nulled Scripts

I was uploading my vbulletin 4.0 pack to the server when I started realizing that my transfers were failing due to wrong password. When i checked it out, I realized I was suspended. This is the message I received.

Suspension Reason
Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: nulled scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers.

I did not know there were nulled scripts in the pack, if i did, I would not have uploaded them. Just wondering if my suspension could be removed so I could continue working on my site.
