Suspension appeal not working

When I click on "click here to resolve" for my suspension of inactivity, I just get a popup that says unsuspension requested, thank you for your patience.Why can't i reach the appeal form?
Sorry for the small size of the picture, x10 won't upload it with the changes i made, just do control + on the keyboard to magnify then control 0 to reset to default magnification.

Remember to login to the account portal at least once every 31 days to avoid getting it suspended again for inactivity.

It is possible you could not reach the appeal page since inactivity suspensions normally are self solvable, in this case it was most likely our recent maintenance and migrations that caused a problem with unsuspending yourself.
