The thing is, I only transferred my files from my old server to the hosting account here. I couldn't even logon to my cpanel after the transfer before it was blocked. And I had WPRobot installed in that server. But no campaign was present in it. It was just installed. So, I just need time to remove the plugin from the account. Please unsuspend my account. I didn't even know I've wprobot installed. After a wasted appeal ticket, I came to know that. I thought It was due to using mover.io .. And that is how I wasted my appeal ticket. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

IMO you are outside the TOS and x10hosting will not remove the suspension on your account

X10hosting follows a strict Zero Tolerance policy for some of its suspensions. Zero Tolerance means that if you are suspended under it - you will not get a second chance.
