suspension every 3 days not 2 weeks

Good afternoon,

Can you please advise me why I am getting suspensions on my account for inactivity every day or 3 days in some cases. I log in every day and still I get suspended. Please advise why

You have to login to Forums at least every 31 days. Otherwise your hosting account will be suspended for inactivity.

Login into CPanel or Account panel doesn't count to your activity.

Also, you need to stay on the forums long enough for the system to see your activity. Browse around a bit, see the announcements and the service alert sections.
