Suspension for copyrighted adobe?

My control panel is showing a suspension for 'copyrighted adobe hosted', any ideas?

Says a lot more actually, says "Copyrighted Software Adobe CS File Hosting ZT" which is quite descriptive. What it means:

You were violating the Copyright Infringement and File Hosting sections of the TOS by breaking the EULA/TOS for Adobe's Creative Suite programs by distributing them illegally. You cannot be unsuspended for any reason. Have a wonderful holiday!

Is there any way for me to recover my data?

Not under a permanent suspension, nope. We're also obviously not about to start giving back illegal files - that'd make us distributors of illegal material, which we're not about to do.

Besides, the TOS says backups are your responsibility. Any good web-administrator knows backups are absolutely critical to have, so if you don't have them, that's not something we can remedy.
