Suspension for "high system usage"

Hi, i've been temporary suspended due to "high system usage, memory usage..etc..". I would like to know what does it mean concretely? Is my blog occupying to much memory space wthin the memory allowed by the ftp server? Is this linked to inactivity? I have been entering my blog everyday and i had a lot of work rising it so it would be nice to have an explanation. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
