Suspension for image hosting

Sorry i was hosting images i didnt fully know the Terms Of Service, i'll removed it as soon as i get access to my account back but it says "dead battery" at the end of the suspension what does this mean? and why isnt image hosting aloud?

This falls under our Zero Tolerance policy and we will not unsuspend your website. Your account will be suspended for a period of 14 days at which point it will be terminated. No exceptions or backups are allowed.
Image Hosting isn't allowed because it eats up all of our server resources. If your website goes viral, our servers would become extremely slow for everyone.
In the Terms of Service, it states that file hosting is not allowed. This is a form of file hosting and is not allowed on our servers.
It says DeadBattery because I am the one who suspended your account.
