suspension for proxy please help

I'm living in Iran and many sites such as Facebook are filtered
And I've needed to build proxy sites and I did not know that this is illegal. now help me to restart my site I could do it without a proxy site on your host

Proxies are clearly prohibited in the terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up for x10Hosting.
