suspension?how does it work?

I received a suspension notification on the 23rd April. I logged in my account visited the forum and I received the message It was ok. This morning my account has been supended again. this is not very kind of you. I have a free virtual classroom -based on moodle. Imagine if my students log in and it is suspended. I'm going to cancel the account.

It would help if you explained why it is that you were suspended. Was it resource usage, inactivity etc?
Also, as with any website, if it is vital that the website is always up then free hosting is certainly not the place to be.

Hello,

From our suspension reports, it shows that your account was suspended only on the 25th of April. It shouldn't be suspended again unless you fail to login for a complete month since the last login.

Hey, I was doing my own family tree research, and was comparing a lot of data that I had, with some that another person on here had (only came across this site and her link about a month ago.) I check it reguarly to compare data, but when went to work on it today ... I'm suspended? How come? I had to create a profile just to type this reply
