Suspension is not lifted.

Unfortunately my account is suspended for two times within one week. now no response from the appeal section. I appealed the second time too. Please lift my suspension; as this happened in accidentally.

Also I created a new account with username rethanth@outlook.com with domain http://newous.x10host.com but the account is not activated yet. Please help me at the earliest

Your second appeal has been responded to; unlike the first, it was denied as you had been advised on 10-13 that the next compromise would be permanent. We cannot allow one account to repeatedly place the security of the server at risk, especially as the shell in question was identical both times, indicating the same exploit was used to put it on the account in both cases.

As far as the second account goes, make sure you keep it secure once it is activated; we cannot allow a single user/account to repeatedly put the server at risk.

Please consider to lift my suspension since it is happened accidentally without knowing the exact file.
On the other hand if you cannot do this please delete my account permanently.

As already stated, we cannot lift the suspension because the same shell was put onto the account again. Account security is the user's responsibility; server security is ours. With the account under suspension, we cannot expedite its erasure, but that will happen in due time.
