Suspension issue

It seems i did something yesterday that violates the terms of use, it was my mistake and i'm sorry for it. But i did it once. Why do i get 3 warnings for one thing? I was updating my files yesterday for 2 hours and now for each 30 mins i get one warning. I do not think this is reasonable. I will not violate them again, but even if i do i shouldn't get 3 warnings for one thing.

Just your scripts are taking more cpu or ram for longer period. So the High resource usage suspensions and it automatic.

1st and 2nd high resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself athough account panel

For 3rd the staff has to unsuspend you

The thread is escalated to staff to resolve issue.
