Suspension Issues

Good Afternoon,

As per your standard policies, my account has been suspended since the 21st of November due to insufficient visits on the forums.

I have since then visited the forums and subscribed to the Prime Membership but my account is still suspended.

Can you let me know why this account is not active again? Please reactivate it asap so tat my customers can get back to my contact pages stored by X10 Hosting.

I unsuspended you but note in the future you can unsuspend yourself(Just inactivity and resource usage) from the http://x10hosting.com/control/ panel
