Suspension not removed

I received the account suspension mail due to inactivity. I logged in the control panel and followed the steps to unsuspend the account. The unsuspension did not take place, and the section "Next steps" is stuck with the message "We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute.". This was 9 days ago.

Can you help me? Thanks a lot!
