Suspension occured even when i did not do anything for a day.

Ok so its kinda weird i was with my friend and i wanted to show him my new site and when i tried to access it, instead of my site showing i see a message that my account has been suspended "due to high performance..."

now could one of the admins please help me with this and figure out what was the specific cause of the problem? coz what i did for this day only was to browse it and haven't even done backend editing.

thanks a lot, it would really help if someone tell me the cause so i could avoid it

You will want to take a look at any plugins / add-ons / mods you are using as some of these can cause high system resource usage issues.
