suspension of my acct

please am pleading for reactivation of my acct, dy-developer.x10.mx , it was my partner who violated the rule just because i didnt inform him about the terms and conditions, just only that i alone manage the database so i gave him the password for him to take a look at the database ..... pls i will be very greatful if u can help me out on reactivating my account pls. thanks... fash

You are fully responsible for all the files and content on your account / website, so it does not matter who violated the terms of service. You are still responsible. And your account will remain permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service.

You can apologize all you want, but it's a zero tolerance permanent suspension. You will not be unsuspended for any reason - the TOS makes it quite clear we don't allow proxies, PERIOD.
