Suspension of my hosting account

I have this notification : Reported emial as spam apparently does not want hosting..

How to unsuspend my account.

We were informed by higher-ups about these suspensions; it's considered a permanent suspension because reporting legitimate x10hosting emails for your new account as spam results in your email provider blacklisting our legitimate emails, which we can't allow as it'd prevent new customers from being able to receive their signup details.
